Sausage Casserole presented by The Hawkesdene House Bed & Breakfast Inn and Cottages

6 eggs

1 pound George Jones Mild Sausage

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon mustard

6-8 cups stale bread

Spray a 9X13 inch pan with Pam. Cut up stale bread in squares and cover bottom of pan. Brown sausage until crumbly. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat eggs, milk and salt ( could add some chives and thyme also). Pour over sausage and cheese, cover and place in refrigerator over night. Next morning bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Serves 6-8
