Sausage-Egg Casserole

Place 4 slices of crustless bread in bottom of buttered 8x8 baking dish. Crumble 12 oz. cooked drained George Jones Mild or Sage Sausage over bread. Beat 4 eggs and 2 cups milk and 1 cup half and half. Add 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, little salt and pepper, dash tabasco or cauenne and 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire. Sprinkle 4 oz. shredded cheddar over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Serves 3-4. Prepare the night before serving.
