| Piney Creek Sausage Bake 1 lb. George Jones Mild Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained 1 1/4 cups thawed hash browns 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 5 eggs, beaten 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese paprika Layer in an ungreased 9 x 12-inch pan:Sausage, then hash browns followed by cheddar cheese.Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper; pour over cheese.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then paprika.Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees 25-35 minutes until set and golden. |
